Anna Serra is a passionate professional in the fields of sport, education, and inclusion. She collaborates with Olimpia Milano within the club’s social responsibility initiative, the Olimpia Milano Youth Program, where she works as a coach and project coordinator. Within the One Team program, she holds the role of One Team Coach and project coordinator. 
Having grown up athletically in Italy, she continued her playing career in Italy, Paraguay, and Spain. She has coached both youth teams and wheelchair basketball teams. 

With a strong focus on working with young people and communities, Anna brings enthusiasm, expertise, and a strong educational sensibility to every project she is involved in. Her experience spans both on-court activities and program design, with a particular emphasis on the values of sport as a tool for personal and collective growth.
