The 2025 One Team Annual Workshop will bring the One Team family back together in Barcelona, Spain for two exciting days of learning, sharing and celebration! 

This year’s theme, “From Teamwork to Impact: Powering Purpose Together,” reflects our commitment to collaboration and community. We’ll be welcoming new and familiar faces to reconnect, exchange ideas, and build on the incredible impact created over the past season.

The agenda features a mix of high-energy on-court sessions and focused learning in the auditorium - from showcasing best practices in participant engagement to exploring how to strengthen partnerships, improving communications and how to grow your program further. 

As always, we’ll be joined by inspiring speakers from both within the One Team network and beyond, offering fresh perspectives and practical tools to help take your programs to the next level. The workshop will also feature plenty of time to network, share experiences, and learn from each other in true One Team spirit. 

We’ll close with the 2025 One Team Annual Awards, celebrating the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Award winners, and recognising the outstanding work of this year’s Ambassadors.  

As well as formal learning sessions, there will be lots of time to engage and network to support One Team’s unique collaborative approach and meet others within the One Team family. The Workshop is an opportunity to take new and exciting ideas, as well as new connections back to your own programs and continue to make further impact within your communities.
